Inspired by this unique setting, Three Peaks Elevated Stay was created as a natural extension of its surroundings. Thoughtfully crafted with locally inspired materials, timeless design, and carefully considered details, every space reflects the quiet beauty of authentic Greek hospitality.
Shaped by the textures of natural stone, the scent of pine forests, and the ever-changing light of Pieria, Three Peaks is not designed to stand apart from the landscape—it belongs to it.
This is Litochoro — a real Greek village, not a resort. We want guests to feel the place, not be insulated from it. Our materials, our food, our recommendations all come from here.
Nothing was chosen for trend. Stone, oak, hand-finished plaster, quality linen — these things age beautifully. We built Three Peaks to look better in ten years than it does today.
We are small enough to know your name by the second morning. We do not rush check-outs, we do not upsell at breakfast, and we genuinely want to know what you plan to do with your day.
We worked with a local architect from Katerini who had spent years studying vernacular Macedonian architecture — the way walls breathe, the way stone holds heat, the way doorways frame a view. Nothing was imported for effect.
The result is spaces that feel grounded. Heavy stone, warm oak, textured plaster in tones drawn from the mountain itself. Furniture was either made to order in Thessaloniki or sourced from workshops that have been doing this for decades.
